The four-week mini-semester is taught by visiting professors from the US and resident faculty at the International Center in a variety of disciplines. 

Since its founding in 1955, Tunghai University has been an educational pioneer in higher education in Taiwan. Tunghai University is located on a picturesque 345-acre hillside in Central Taiwan’s Taichung City. With a population of more than one million residents, a mild climate, and as home to the landmark Luce Chapel (one of Taiwan’s most photographed architectural masterpieces, by world-renowned architect I.M. Pei), Taichung City presents an ideal living and learning environment.
