Campus Master Plan

Campus Master Plan Schematic

In January 2024, the NorthWest Arkansas Community College Foundation was thrilled to receive a Design Excellence grant through the Walton Family Foundation, enabling the development of a comprehensive campus master plan for the Bentonville campus. The NWACC Foundation partnered with Lake Flato Architects to design the plan, which will support the College’s future growth by identifying infrastructure needs and priorities.

Now, after a strategic 18-month process, NWACC is pleased to present the Final Campus Master Plan Report and accompanying Flythrough Video. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the campus master plan, highlighting the key features and the envisioned future of NWACC. The flythrough video offers a visual representation of the master plan, providing a realistic model of our campus’s potential future layout.

The completion of the campus master plan marks the end of the development phase, but efforts to bring this ambitious vision to life are just getting started.

The NWACC Foundation and the College are deeply grateful for everyone's unwavering commitment throughout this process and your generous contributions of time, insight, and support. Thank you for being an integral part of this transformative journey.
