NWACC has proudly partnered with the NWA Regional Robotics Center to offer FANUC Certified Robot Operator - 1. This course is designed for an operator, technician, engineer or programmer who is required to setup and record programs on a robot. As a robotics student, you'll become familiar with the robot operations outline, the tasks required to set up the specific application and how to test, run and refine the program and production setup.
FANUC has a long history of providing world-class training on robotics, intelligent solutions and advanced automation applications. The assessment exams allow you to demonstrate your knowledge in robot operations, frame setup, writing, modifying and executing basic motion programs, program offsets, backups and restorations, and creating and modifying simulations.

Program Information
A completed GED or high school diploma is required to participate in this course.
After the completion of this course, you will acquire knowledge in the following:
- Power up and jog the robot
- Recover from common program and robot faults
- Execute production operations
- Create, modify and execute a material handling program
- Create and execute MACRO’s
- Monitor, force and simulate input and output signals
- Backup and restore individual programs and files
The cost of this course is $1,995 for 35 hours (one week) of instruction and 3.5 continuing education units.
