Information Technology Services provides service and support to keep you connected. The below resources can assist you with your technology needs.

or emailing techsupport@nwacc.edu. Please note that IT cannot work on your personal computer, however, they can help
troubleshoot issues you may be having. IT Help Desk cannot send password information through e-mail.
IT Help Desk services are available by emailing techsupport@nwacc.edu or calling 479-619-4357. Help Desk hours are Mon-Thurs, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Limited in-person services on campus will be available by IT Help Desk personnel, and during limited hours: Mon/Wed, 10:30 am - 6:00 pm, Tues/Thurs, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm and Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
