Parking Citation Appeal Form

Read carefully before completing

Submission of an appeal of a parking citation, boot, or tow is reviewed by the Parking Appeals Committee.
For all citations the appeal must be submitted within 10 business days of the date of issuance, the citation amount
is not required to be paid pending the outcome of the appeal.
To appeal online, complete and submit the form below.
- Evidence supporting the appeal (such as photos) may be attached.
- A separate appeal must be filed for each citation.
The primary reasons for appeals to be approved are errors in the issuance of the citation or very extenuating circumstances.
Following the review of the written appeal, you will be notified of the outcome via mail.
