Cost of Attendance

College is within your reach and affordable. There are several options for students to help fund an education with NWACC, as the college strives to keep tuition low and affordable. If you are looking for the actual price of attending NWACC, the Treasurer's Office has a list of tuition and fees.

Cost of Attendance

Cost of attendance (COA) is an estimated figure of all costs a person might have during the school year, and includes things like food, housing and living expenses. Based on the information you provide in your FAFSA, an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) will be calculated using a specific formula. "Financial Need" is the amount left when you subtract the EFC from the COA.

A larger COA means the potential for more aid. Visit Federal Student Aid, An office of the U.S. Department of Education to learn more about cost of attendance and how federal student aid is determined.
