Report an Incident
Report a workplace injury, accident or safety concern by submitting an incident report
through Risk Management.

Police & Public Safety
NWACC's Department of Police and Public Safety provide a safe and secure environment
for students, faculty, staff and the community.

Opioid Overdose Kits
NWACC has installed opioid overdose rescue kits in all college locations. These kits
provide Naloxone, an opioid overdose reversal medication, and are readily accessible
to help you administer life-saving intervention.

NWACC has an affirmative responsibility to post information in formats that reduce

Compliance
NWACC's Compliance Office facilitates compliance with applicable laws and regulations
governing higher education, industry standards and internal polices and procedures.

Non-Discrimination
Discrimination, harassment, or any other conduct that diminishes the worth of a person
is incompatible with NWACC's fundamental goal of serving and strengthening the community.

Environmental H&S
The Environmental Health and Safety Committee assists in making policies and procedures
that balances concern for the college's environmental legacy, the safety of its work
force and service to students.

Title IX
The Title IX law prohibits sex discrimination in education, addresses sexual violence,
and requires schools to address, remedy and eliminate sexual violence on campus.

Title VI
NorthWest Arkansas Community College outlines its obligations under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to prevent discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in federally funded programs, detailing prohibited behaviors, exclusions from Title VI coverage, reporting procedures, and available support resources to ensure an inclusive campus environment.
