This centralized reporting page provides quick access to a variety of reports available at our college, including safety concerns, policy violations, Title IX matters, discrimination, and more. We encourage all community members to use these tools to help keep our campus safe.
Report to Campus Police Department
The NWACC Police and Public Safety Department (DPS) is staffed by certified law enforcement officers and facilitates a safe and secure learning environment which allows the college community to advance and prosper. The police and security officers serve the college 24/7/365.

To file a police report or contact DPS directly, please call (479) 619-4229. Sexual assault, sexual violence, domestic/dating violence and stalking are crimes. Victims are encouraged to report these crimes to DPS or other local law enforcement.
Please call 911 for emergencies.
Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities in federally funded schools at all levels. Title IX protects students, employees and other persons from all forms of sex discrimination including but not limited to: pregnancy-related discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic and dating violence, and stalking.

NWACC’s Confidential Advocates are employees specially trained to provide affirming, empowering and confidential support and referral services for survivors and those who have experienced gendered violence, including: sexual harassment, dating and intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking and sexual exploitation. Confidential advocates are not licensed counselors and do not serve as Campus Security Authorities. Any student who has a concern may contact an advocate for support.

The Clery Act requires institutions of higher education to collect and classify certain crime and safety information reported to Campus Security Authorities (CSAs). If a Clery-reportable crime is disclosed to you in your role as a CSA, you are required to submit a report so the college can maintain accurate campus safety records and meet federal compliance obligations. Reports submitted through this form should include only the nature, date, time, and location of the incident and must not contain personally identifiable information.

In accordance with Arkansas law and NWACC policy, all incidents of accidents, injuries and near misses (almost occurred) that occur at any campus location must be reported using the link below – EVEN if medical attention was not necessary.

If you encounter a hazard or unsafe condition on campus, it’s important to report it as soon as possible. This may include issues like damaged facilities, unsafe equipment, blocked exits, broken fixtures, or environmental concerns.

NWACC’s Behavioral Review Team (BRT) provides a multiple perspective appraisal of reported student behaviors and suggests appropriate interventions and strategies to establish conditions for student success.
Reports of concern (non-emergency) may be directed to the Dean of Students Office, Department of Police and Public Safety, and/or the Office for Community Standards.

Phishing is the most common type of cyber-attack that affects organizations like NWACC. Phishing attacks can take many forms, but they all share a common goal – getting you to share sensitive information such as login credentials, credit card information, or bank account details. When in doubt – do NOT click, do NOT open, and report immediately!
