Nursing Program Costs

Remember, financial aid is available for eligible students.

In addition to the tuition costs, students will be responsible for the cost of additional items needed to complete the nursing program. Below are approximate expenses of items needed.

Standardized examinations (HESI) $181-$272 per semester
Uniforms, shoes and miscellaneous clinical equipment $500 for whole program
Graduation expenses (school pin, licensure & NCLEX fees, pinning ceremony costs) $500
Background check, urine drug screen, TB skin test, CPR cert and physical exam $500
Liability insurance $30
Hurst Review $350
Health insurance: Cost varies per insurer - student responsible for obtaining insurance (NWACC does not offer health insurance for students.)
