By taking a course in Astronomy, you'll study the planets, sun, moon, stars, comets, gas, galaxies, gas, dust, and other phenomena. Astronomy applies mathematics, physics, and chemistry in an effort to explain the origin and evolution of such phenomena.

Pass the Class, Transfer Credits, and Begin Your Career

Many Astronomy courses at NWACC carry transfer credit to four-year institutions and can fulfill general education requirements.
