DESCRIPTION
The General Project Manager micro-pathway prepares learners to oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish. Students learn to define project goals, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage team dynamics while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They also learn how to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, implement risk management strategies, monitor progress against project milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Upon completion of the General Project Management Microcredential, students will be able to:
