National Exam Rates:
The PTA Program has an impressive 100% pass rate for graduates taking the National
Physical Therapist Assistant Examination (NPTE) from 1999 to 2020.

PTA Program Rates:
NWACC's PTA Program has a 100% pass rate for graduates taking the National Physical
Therapist Assistant Examination (NPTE) from 1999 to 2020.
Graduates of all accredited PTA Programs must pass the NPTE to become licensed to practice. The national average pass rate for graduates of accredited PTA Programs is approximately 87%.
The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) develops and administers the NPTE for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
