ACCESS Arkansas

ACCESS Arkansas (Access to College Courses for Every Student Statewide) is the state consortium of two-year schools for the development and delivery of online classes (classes via the World Wide Web). ACCESS Arkansas can be reached at the following URL :

This web site has a list of member institutions, a searchable database of classes and other information about the consortium. All classes taken through the member institutions are designed to be transferable to any other member institution (contact the college you wish to transfer to for confirmation). The consortium is designed for learners who are unable to travel to colleges or who have schedules that prohibit them from taking regular classes. The intent is that students should take classes from their local school whenever possible, but may take them from ACCESS Arkansas if they are not available via distance learning from that school.

NorthWest Arkansas Community College is a member of ACCESS Arkansas.
