Refund Policy for Professional Development Courses
NWACC's Workforce and Economic Development Division provides full refunds for classes that have been canceled by NWACC. Registrants will receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees for canceled classes. All classes are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient attendees. Refunds will also be issued at 100% to registrants who withdraw at least three (3) business days prior to the start of class. Request for cancellation must be made in writing to WEDMarketplace@nwacc.edu.
Credit card refunds cannot be issued for more than the original transaction amount and can only be refunded on the card used for the original purchase. Payments received via credit/debit/ATM card will be processed for refund within twenty four (24) hours. Your bank may take up to five business days to process the refund.
