Golden Eagle Award Application
The Golden Eagle award recipient is chosen based on a student's grade point average, a demonstration of their commitment to their education, a demonstration of leadership abilities, and their involvement in co-curricular and community activities.
The winner is awarded up to an $1,800 scholarship through the General Scholarship Fund of the NWACC Foundation for the following academic year. Pending enrollment verification, $900 of the award is distributed during the fall semester and $900 during the spring semester.
A student must meet the following criteria:
- 3.0 GPA
- Minimum 6 credit hour enrollment
- A commitment to education, leadership, social awareness/personal development and community service/co-curricular activities
- Intention to register for classes in at least one semester of the next academic year
Application deadline is March 1, 2024 (end of business day).
