New Student Orientation

NWACC's online orientation sets you up for success! It's your first step to register for classes, and it's mandatory for all first-time college students. The earlier you complete orientation, the sooner you can register for your desired classes and obtain the schedule you want.

STUDENT ORIENTATION STEPS:
- Select the College Student Orientation option below to enroll in the course in Canvas.
- Finish Module 1 of the Online Orientation course and submit the required Orientation Questionnaire.
- Check both your personal email and your NWACC student email (including Spam/Junk folders)
for messages from an Enrollment Advisor.
*Important Note: If you are starting college for the first time after high school, homeschool, or a GED, you must complete the Online Orientation.
At NorthWest Arkansas Community College, we value the support system that helps students succeed. We encourage Students to complete the Student Orientation independently, while their support network (parent, family, spouse, etc) can explore the optional Student Support Orientation.
