New Student Orientation
Once you've been admitted as a student at NWACC, you'll be required to attend orientation to help you become acquainted with the college's services, resources and programs, and meet with an advisor and register for courses.
In light of COVID-19, freshmen orientation will be held online. Enrollment advisors are connecting with new applicants daily.
Please refer to your email as all NWACC applicants have received an individual email
from their enrollment advisor within 72 hours of being admitted to the college.
Follow these steps to get ready for orientation.
Orientation:
- Make sure you have submitted an admissions application and you are able to log into
your MyNWACC. If you are having trouble logging in, contact the IT Help Desk at 479-619-4376.
- It is highly recommended that you have taken a Placement Exam (ACT or Accuplacer)
and submitted those scores. If you are unable to provide test scores, you are still
able to complete the online orientation and move forward with the next steps under
the guidance of an enrollment advisor.
- Enroll in the Freshmen Online Orientation. Orientation for summer and fall semesters will become available on April 1. Use your NWACC username and password to access the course. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact the IT Help Desk at 479-619-4357 to activate or reset your password or activate your account.
