Partner with NWACC Career Services to connect with top-tier students and alumni! Whether you're looking to fill immediate internships, launch full-time careers, or simply increase your organizational brand awareness, our Career Services team is here to support you.

Career Services invites your team to set up an Employer Information Table in our high-traffic Becky Paneitz Student Center at the Bentonville campus.  This is a completely free, highly visible opportunity for you to chat informally with students and share information about your current openings.

Engage with hundreds of students face-to-face at our networking events. Sign up for our Career Services email newsletter to receive updates on future events.

Highlight your company's internship and job opportunities by displaying a flyer on our Becky Paneitz Student Center bulletin board. This is one of the busiest areas on campus, making it the perfect place to recruit students and alumni.

Email a PDF of your flyer to career_services@nwacc.edu.

Make sure to include the following information in your flyer:

  • Job title
  • Company name and logo
  • Work type (part-time, full-time, or seasonal)
  • Location and format (ex. in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
  • Pay (include hourly rate or salary)
  • Shift/hours
  • Description of job duties

After the flyer has been approved, it will be posted. After two weeks have passed, the flyer will be taken down and discarded.

While NWACC Career Services does not currently host an online job posting portal, we want to ensure your positions get maximum visibility. For broad reach, we highly recommend utilizing major platforms like Indeed or LinkedIn, where many of our students actively maintain profiles and search for roles.

To help you connect directly with our campus community, we are happy to share your current job flyer through our on-campus bulletin board.
