The Baking and Pastry program at Brightwater provides a strong foundation in the skills necessary to start a career. With a focus on both classic old world methods and modernist techniques, you'll exercise an inquiry-based approach to better understand the science and technique behind pastry and baking arts.

Whether the goal is patisserie, artisanal bread-baking, cake decorating or confectionary, as a Brightwater student, you'll emerge with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
