Mission

Provide specialized retail industry training for current retail professionals who are seeking to advance their career and improve their skillset. (Retail Link® situation usage, supply chain, technical skills & analytics)

Audience

Students for Continuing Education classes should work for an existing supplier, be a Walmart associate, or have completed the Certified Retail Analyst program. A valid Retail Link® user ID is required to take continuing education classes.

This program utilizes the latest version of JDA Intactix to teach students Walmart's modular review process, how to improve their modular performance and become more proficient in managing inventory to drive salesand market share growth.

SUPPLY CHAIN & REPLENISHMENT: OTIF & Winning in the details

Following our learning from Supply Chain & Replenishment: The Ground Floor; we will dive deeper into the second tier of the Supply Chain Pyramid.  In this course we will place a special focus on OTIF (On Time In Full); cause and correction.  Once we have OTIF at a consistent 95% compliance we can then work on other factors driving to more consistent ordering, accurate forecasting, accurate inventory management and holiday planning.
