This program utilizes the latest version of JDA Intactix to teach students Walmart's modular review process, how to improve their modular performance and become more proficient in managing inventory to drive salesand market share growth.

Experienced retail individuals who want to learn the Walmart modular review process and inventory management utilizing ProSpace and JDA Intactix.  Pre-requisites include: Bachelor's Degree or have completed the NWACC Certified Retail Analyst Program, knowledge and experience using MS Office 2007 or 2010, at least 1 year of experience within retail is a must.

TABLEAU - Data Analytics

Walmart as well as several suppliers are leveraging the reporting capabilities available in Tableau. In this course, participants will learn how to build retail dashboards as well as best practices for visualizing retail data. Navigate Tableau, Connect the data - Learn how to connect to various retail data sources (Excel, CSV, and other databases), leverage Table calculations, Practice building out a retail dashboards that will include KPI's, Mapping, and dual axis charts and Learn best practices for building dynamic dashboards, connecting multiple dashboards and drilling through retail data using Tableau.

Following our learning from Supply Chain & Replenishment: The Ground Floor; we will dive deeper into the second tier of the Supply Chain Pyramid.  In this course we will place a special focus on OTIF (On Time In Full); cause and correction.  Once we have OTIF at a consistent 95% compliance we can then work on other factors driving to more consistent ordering, accurate forecasting, accurate inventory management and holiday planning.
