FlexCo, Inc. is the administrator for the First Diagnosis Heart/Stroke & First Major Heart Surgery Plan.  The policy is underwritten by United Teacher Associates Insurance Company.  This voluntary plan pays a lump sum benefit of $10,000 - $50,000 to an employee if they have a heart attack.  The plan pays 20% of the benefit amount if the employee has heart surgery without the diagnosis of a heart attack.  Pays up to $25,000 if employee has a stroke.

*Employee can authorize the payroll deduction to be pre-taxed (withheld before taxes rather than after taxes).  This reduces Federal, State and Social Security withholding thereby increasing take home pay.
