DaySpring Behavioral Health

Description

An EAP is a free confidential service offered to full time NWACC employees to assist with personal or work-related problems in areas such as stress management, grief, marital/family counseling, substance use, postpartum depression, domestic violence and memory loss.

NWACC full-time employees have the opportunity to utilize an on-Campus employee assistance program (EAP) offered through a partnership between NWACC and Dayspring Behavioral Health. 

Dayspring Behavioral Health is a family healthcare provider that operates 23 clinics throughout Arkansas and offers a variety of traditional behavioral and mental health services by trained, certified counselors.

Employees may utilize the free on-site counselor up to five times annually. Additional sessions may be done off campus and are the employee's responsibility.

The counselor will be located in room 1044 of the Melba Shewmaker Southern Region National Childhood Protection Training Center located on campus at 1202 S.E. Eagle Way.

The EAP counselor is available by appointment only during the times listed below:

     Monday        10 am to 12 pm
                            1 pm to 4 pm

     Wednesday  12 pm to 5 pm

 

The on-site counselor is for full-time employees only. However, if you have NWACC's or other qualifying medical insurance your family members can utilize Dayspring's Services by calling 479-271-6203. Dayspring's office is located at 602 N Walton Blvd., Bentonville, AR 72712.
