DESCRIPTION:

The EAP is a confidential counseling and referral service that can help employees and their family members effectively deal with problems that may affect the ability to do a good days work or enjoy life to its fullest.  Participation is strictly confidential.


 

 

 

ELIGIBILITY:

All full-time employees and their eligible dependents may use EAP services.

BENEFITS:

Problems can become too great to handle.  When the stresses and strains of daily life lead to diminished job performance or disruptions in your personal life, it may be time to ask for help. The EAP can help with such things as drug & alcohol abuse, job stress, anxiety or depression, illness or injury, family problems, addictions, grief or bereavement and financial hardships.  The EAP makes available to all eligible employees and dependents up to five (5) counseling sessions each, with a licensed mental health professional from Guidance EAP or one of their affiliates.

There is no cost to employees or their dependents to use EAP services.  If services outside the scope of the EAP are required, employee will be responsible for such services.
