Announcements

Extended Evening Hours on Mondays and Tuesdays for NWACC tests! Please see hours listed below on the left.

  • Accuplacer fee is now online! If you are paying with a credit/debit card you can pay your $10 fee online. To complete the process here.
  • If paying with cash, you will need to check in with Enrollment Support and pay the $10 fee before coming to the Testing Center.
  • Remember to bring a hard copy of your photo id with you when you come to test.
  • Accuplacer is NOT offered on Saturdays at this time.

The Testing Center will be closing at 1 pm on Friday, Dec. 21, 2018 in observance of NWACC's Holiday Break. We will reopen at 8:30 am on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019.

  • Our available appointments will be filling quickly, so you should be scheduling now if you need to test in the Testing Center. The link to the scheduler is: https://www.nwacc.edu/web/ldc_testingcenter/appointment-scheduler. Students must make their own appointment and they must bring a photo id with them to test.
  • If the schedule is full for a particular day, we always do a stand-by list. Students will be seated for their exam but they will have to wait for an available seat. Average wait time has been about 30 minutes in past semesters.
  • All classroom makeup exams must be completed by Friday, Dec. 7, 2018. Finals week is for Final Exams only.

Save on tuition and time with CLEP!  Did you know that NWACC currently accepts credit for 25 CLEP exams? Modern States Education Alliance is offering free online CLEP courses designed to prepare you for a CLEP exam! These courses are free to all users and include free textbooks and course materials. The classes are taught by college professors and are self-paced. There are no prerequisites or restrictions on enrolling. See https://modernstates.org/course/ for more information on courses offered. The only fees are for the $87 CLEP ticket and $35 for the proctoring fee. Speak to your advisor to see which CLEP exams would fit best with your degree plan.
