The ITS department is here to help facilitate the use of technology to enhance and enrich the NWACC community. Our dedicated technology team provides numerous services and support to keep you connected, allowing you to focus on more important things --- like learning.

Planned Maintenance

Planned maintenance

The weekly maintenance is split between Thursday and Friday evenings from 6:00 pm - midnight.


Thursday evening maintenance window is for upgrades and/or patches applied to software systems such as Banner, Workflow, EagleNet, AdAstra, and Evisions products (Argos, Intellecheck, FormFusion, MAPS). Email, Canvas, and library access will remain available.

Friday maintenance is for network related maintenance and upgrades. All services remain available unless the college community is notified otherwise.

There is a nightly maintenance window from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. for the main website and My NWACC Connection. It is only invoked when necessary to perform maintenance and updates. All other services remain available.
