  • Published 12 stories and numerous photographs to accompany them as a freelance reporter with two community newspapers* during the month of June 2017  (*The Times of Northeast Benton County, now known as the Pea Ridge Times, and the Washington County Enterprise-Leader)
  • Presenter of "Why Student Media is a Good Idea for Your School" at the Arkansas Community College annual conference in fall 2017
  • Co-presenter of "Creating a Student Newspaper with a Small, Constantly Revolving Staff" at the annual conference of the Associated Collegiate Press/College Media Association fall 2017
  • Past president of Arkansas College Media Association, 2016-2017
  • Published "Profits with Purpose" in Significance magazine in 2015

  • Produces posters, programs, and flyers for the NWACC Theater Department
  • Co-produced Green Grass Above Me, a documentary film about green burial created as part of graduate work in broadcast journalism at the UA

  • Instructor of Fundamentals of Journalism labs at the University of Arkansas as part of a graduate assistantship
  • Co-presented "Creating a Student Newspaper with a Small, Constantly Revolving Staff" at the Associated Collegiate Press/College Media Association Fall 2017 convention
  • Produced and shot a film now in post-production for the Fayetteville-based, non-profit organization Soldier ON Service Dogs on the characteristics of a successful service dog
