Get involved and be part of something bigger than yourself--join the staff of the student newspaper! Journalism is essential in a democratically elected, representative government, and working with Eagle View offers students a chance to see what it's all about.

Any person enrolled in classes at NWACC may be on the staff of Eagle View.  Opportunities range from reporting to photography to graphic design to distribution, and more in between. No previous experience is required. Students get training and lots of support, help, and encouragement. Former staffers report this school activity on their resumes has helped them get interviews and jobs.  Students also win awards at state and regional journalism contests.

Journalism classes are offered both as support for the Eagle View and as required courses for journalism and communication degrees at four-year colleges.
