I this class we will touch, smell, taste, and cook with a wide variety of herbs and spices that will add loads of flavor and interest to your menus. Throw in some fresh from the market produce and you have a class you will not want to miss.
From Clubs to Monte Cristos, sandwiches are an American classic. Come take a trip down sandwich lane as we re-create some of our favorites from the Rueben to a hoagie. Does a Pacific Smoked Salmon Club with Applewood Bacon sound good? So whether it be open faced or closed, hot or cold single or stacked if you like sandwiches then this is the class for you.

This class will offer a primer on how to select, purchase, store and most importantly cook delicious, healthy and simple seafood in your own home. Our Curry class will explore the many varieties of curry that are available and consumed by millions around the world.
