Records and Information Privacy
The Risk Management and Employee Ethics office has the responsibility to assist departments and employees of the college to adhere to federal and state laws and regulations relating to the privacy and release of information, whether it pertains to students, employees or the college as an institution. Also, this office helps to provide information to the college community on matters relating to privacy and release of information issues.
The Federal Education Records and Protection Act (FERPA) provides regulations on access to student records at NWACC.
