Starting February 2017, students will be required to bring a copy of their degree audit to their academic advising appointment.
Graduate on time with a degree audit
Students may run a comprehensive "Degree Audit" - a computer-generated report that enables students and his/her adviser to assess the student's academic progress and view unfulfilled degree requirements. Northwest Arkansas Community College provides students with the My Degree software (located within their myNWACC Connection account) so students can run their own degree audit, avoid taking unnecessary courses, and - most importantly - graduate on time.
Remember, a degree audit does not replace the requirements listed in the College Catalog or formal academic advisement - but does provide students with greater understanding of their degree requirements and remaining courses to graduation.
*Degree Auduits not available for those following the Associate of General Studies (AGS) degree plan, those in the TAA program, and visiting or non-degree seeking students (including high school concurrent students).
