PAYMENT:
Upon registration, an invoice will be emailed using the registration email address. Payment can be made through cash, check, money order and credit card. Combinations of payment methods are accepted. Payment plans are available. Credit card payments can be made via the link located in the invoice, and will include an added 4% convenience fee.
Checks are to be made to Sevin Travels, LLC. and dropped off or mailed to the NWACC Foundation office.

Your trip cost includes a tax deductible $200 donation per person, which will be made in your name to the NWACC Foundation to support the Study Abroad Scholarship Fund.
RESERVATIONS: To confirm your reservation, please complete this registration form and submit the $500 non-refundable deposit.
PASSPORT: Be sure and check that your passport is current at least 6 months after the end date of this trip. If it expires sooner, you must get it renewed.
REFUNDS: If canceled by January 10, 2019 you will receive a 100% refund. After January 10, 2019, the deposit is non-refundable, but you may find someone to replace you in the event that you cannot travel after this date.
