Associate Degree Completion Program - Early College Experience
Through the Associate Degree Completion Program, NorthWest Arkansas Community College
(NWACC) partners with area high schools to offer students an opportunity to complete
all requirements for an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Sciences degrees. Students
can take classes at their high school, online, or on the NWACC campus.
To be eligible, students must reach the following criteria:
- Be enrolled in grades 9 -12
- Have a high school cumulative GPA of 3.0 for Transfer or General Education courses
- Have appropriate placement scores on the ACT, Accuplacer Next Generation, Accuplacer Classic, ASPIRE 10 or SAT
- Have approval from high school Counselor
Coursework includes general education courses required to complete an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science Degree. Approved electives will be identified by the NWACC Early College Advisor and based on the student's goals.
