Dreamers Resource Group (DRG) of NWACC
The DRG is for all NWACC student dreamers and dreamer allies. A “dreamer” refers to
any student who is undocumented, DACA-mented, or from a mixed-status family. “Allies”
refers to NWACC students, staff and faculty who understand dreamer student needs and
experiences and want to encourage and support them.
The DRG helps dreamers and their families navigate the college process, connects dreamers with allies, scholarship opportunities and other resources. Members of the DRG also work with the NWACC community, as well as groups and organizations in the greater community, to raise scholarship funds and to bring awareness to the obstacles that dreamers and their families face.
