Message from the Director 

Welcome to NWACC’s Title III grant.  The goal of this grant is to support the development of programs and services, both academic and support, that will strengthen institution and ultimately foster greater student success.  Please take a moment to peruse our pages to see what our wonderful faculty and staff have been working hard at doing already and are planning to do in the year to come.  


 Title III’s Overall Grant Objective:

By Sept. 2014, fall-to-fall retention will have increased to at least 54%, 10 percentage points more than 44% in baseline 2006-07

 Title III’s Purpose

The purpose of the Strengthening Institutions Program is to provide grants to eligible institutions of higher education to improve their academic programs, institutional management, and fiscal stability in order to increase their self-sufficiency and strengthen their capacity to make a substantial contribution to the higher education resources of the Nation.
