Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Missouri Southern State University and holds his Master of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After joining the college in 2009 as the Learning Services Specialist for the Title III grant, he transferred to accept the position of the Director of the PACE grant in June of 2013. As an advocate for the collaborative nature of Community Colleges, Aaron believes that Staff Council can operate as a vehicle from which to achieve the institution’s primary goal; helping the student. When not on campus, Aaron enjoys spending time with his son Liam, and his wife Tabatha. The three of them try to spend as much time as possible outside, whether it’s working in their garden, fishing, or canoeing.

My pursuit to achieving happiness in life derives from the desire to present the following values on an everyday basis; a profound commitment to rearing my three beautiful children; an enthusiastic dedication for my studies as a student; and being career driven when it comes to my position within Higher Education. As an Administrative Specialist for the Student Records office, I support the Registrar by systematizing the immense volume of records required of accepted students in order to meet state law and college policy standards, facilitate the instruction and training of other staff members within the department, and above all administer the importance of customer service.
