With people turning to tablets and smartphones as the primary way to access web content more and more, web developers need to adjust their designs for smaller screens and wider audiences. In fact, employment is projected to grow 20% for Web Developers over the next ten years. Due to this demand, we are pleased to offer an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems - Web Development degree. This program teaches students to use a variety of software, programming and markup languages combined with web design principles and analytics to create websites used for marketing and e-commerce. This degree is perfect for those students who choose to enter the workforce immediately after graduating from this two-year program.
 
Format and Locations
Courses required for the Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems – Web Development are available in two different formats.* Face-to-face course instruction is done inside the Shewmaker Global Business Development Center on the main NWACC campus in Bentonville. Many courses included in this program are also offered online, providing you the convenience of learning when and where you want.
