Learner Support Services

By embracing the values of NorthWest Arkansas Community College, the mission of the Division of Learner Support Services is to support the students, staff, faculty and the greater community in facilitating the development of responsible students in a learning-centered environment.

Learner Support Services is located in the Student Center and our hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am-4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Do you know where you want to go with your education? We can help you with Academic Advising and Placement & Accommodation Testing.

We also have services for students with Disabilities and Veteran Resources.

Student Information Center

The front desk area of the Student Information Center is available to provide updated information to both incoming visitors as well as the college community.

• If you are in charge of a specific event, please let us know the day, time and location, so we can help direct traffic on the day of that event.
• If there is a change in the status of a class, please let us know so we can communicate the change to students, i.e. a cancellation or room change.
• If you need the name of someone in a specific area, please feel free to call us at 619-4109.
