Federal Judicial Center - The education and research center for US federal courts. This website provides a federal judicial history, educational programs and materials, and numerous publications and videos.
National Criminal Justice Reference Service - The NCJRS provides research information related to crime, crime prevention, and the justice system, including statistics, reports, and research abstracts.

Google Earth - This free, downloadable program lets you explore our planet from above through satellite data and detailed maps.
Google Maps - Access maps of the entire world, including political, terrain, and navigational maps. Also includes satellite data, street view images, and driving directions.
National Atlas - The National Atlas features free printable and dynamic maps for the United States. Available maps include federal lands and Indian reservations, congressional districts, climate, satellite, and many more.
National Geographic Maps - Developed by National Geographic, this website features interactive, zoomable 2D and 3D maps for the entire world.
Social Explorer - Provides historical maps of the United States related to census data as well as a geographic view of religious affiliation in the country.

Law Dictionary - Search this free online dictionary for legal terms, or search within definitions for occurrences of a specific legal term.
Public Library of Law - This free website lets you search one of the largest virtual law libraries on the Internet. It includes Supreme Court decisions, cases from all 50 states back to 1997, as well as regulations and court rules.
US Supreme Court Decisions - A searchable database of every United States Supreme Court decision since 1893. Also includes a library of Supreme Court opinion summaries since 2000.
