What is PaperCut?
PaperCut is NWACC's new print management system. The program allows the college to manage student printing on campus. Currently, the PaperCut print management system is used in the Academic Success Center, Library, Writing Center, and Intensive English Lab.
How Do I Add Money to My PaperCut Printing Account?
Every semester, the college provides $5.00 to each student for printing. After this $5.00 is used, students can add money to their account for further printing. Students wanting to add money to their printing account have two options:
- To pay with a credit or debit card, go to the Cashier's Office on the second floor. The Cashier's office will issue you a receipt, which you can take to the Library's Circulation Desk to have the payment credited to your PaperCut printing account.
- To pay with cash or check, go to the Library's Circulation Desk, which is located just inside the entrance of the Library, on the first floor of Burns Hall.
Money you add to your printing account rolls over from semester to semester. However, you cannot receive a refund of your remaining balance at the end of the semester, and NWACC removes student printing accounts, including any balances that remain, one year after the student's last semester at the college.
How Much Does Printing Cost?
Printing fees are the same in the Academic Success Center, Library, Writing Center, and Intensive English Lab: $.05 per page for black-and-white prints and $.50 per page for color prints.
