Meet with Us
Drop by the Reference Desk when the Library is open and receive one-on-one research assistance from a Librarian. Or, schedule a consultation with a reference librarian for intensive research assistance. Fill out the Reference Consultation Request Form and we'll be in touch with you soon. Be sure to include information about the assignment you're working on so we can accurately assess how best to help you.

Text us at 479-274-0733. Messages sent while we are closed will be received the next time we are open. Sending and receiving text messages may result in charges from your mobile provider.

Email Us
Fill out the email reference form or email library@nwacc.edu. You can expect a response within 24 hours or less.

Chat with Us
Use the Library's chat service to chat with a Reference Librarian. We'll answer you as soon as possible. If we are busy helping another student at the Library's Reference Desk, you may have to wait a few minutes for a response.

Chat Availability Chat is generally available any time the Library is open. However, if no Librarian is available and chat is offline, please contact us via email or phone.
