The Technology Help Desk provides technology needs and assistance to all currently enrolled Northwest Arkansas Community College students, faculty and staff. We are committed to assisting the computer and telecommunications needs of all employees by providing detailed resolutions and general system information for common problems. Some of the things we help on a daily basis include resetting passwords, basic browser troubleshooting and first-level blackboard support.

Who to Call
Our NWACC Technology Specialists provide technical support for Students, Faculty, and Staff and over 1600 computers and numerous classroom technologies across multiple campuses. While they strive to provide same day response, our technicians are not always available on demand. When reporting an issue, please allow 24 - 48 hours response time, unless it is critical.
