The Technology Help Desk provides technology needs and assistance to all currently enrolled Northwest Arkansas Community College students, faculty and staff. We are committed to assisting the computer and telecommunications needs of all employees by providing detailed resolutions and general system information for common problems. Some of the things we help on a daily basis include resetting passwords, basic browser troubleshooting and first-level blackboard support.

Microsoft Office 365

With Office 365, you will have access to the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and much more.

            *           Setup is simple; no need to get a CD from IT
            *           Install on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (including iPad!)
            *           Includes 1TB of storage from OneDrive
            *           Office subscription continues as long as you're working or are a student at NWACC and
                        the program continues

Follow these easy steps to get Office:

           1.         Visit
           2.         Click through to sign in with NWACC credentials (email address and password) & download
           3.         On the download site, select your language and click install

For iOS and Android:

           1.         Download from your app store; iPad: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
           2.         Sign in with your school credentials (email address and password) for full editing capability

Our NWACC Technology Specialists provide technical support for Students, Faculty, and Staff and over 1600 computers and numerous classroom technologies across multiple campuses.  While they strive to provide same day response, our technicians are not always available on demand.  When reporting an issue, please allow 24 - 48 hours response time, unless it is critical.
