The Technology Help Desk provides technology needs and assistance to all currently enrolled Northwest Arkansas Community College students, faculty and staff. We are committed to assisting the computer and telecommunications needs of all employees by providing detailed resolutions and general system information for common problems. Some of the things we help on a daily basis include resetting passwords, basic browser troubleshooting and first-level blackboard support.
