Purpose: Embrace diversity and inclusion throughout the college workforce.
Charge: Advise Executive Director of Human Resources regarding all oversight and hiring activities to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Commission guidelines, policies, and laws. Promote diversity in the total College organizational culture to support teaching, learning and development.
