NWACC AQIP Action Project 2007 Description
"Improve communication and leadership processes for greater collaboration & effectiveness" (Three-year timeline)
The goal of this Action Project is to improve the communication, leadership, and decision-making processes to achieve greater collaboration across the college. The Action Project Team will articulate the current governance system and communication flow to/from all constituents.After examining the current systems, the team will define priorities and propose changes that will demonstrate an informed/transparent decision-making system, improved job satisfaction, and more effective and efficient processes to accomplish tasks and projects.
