NWACC Compliance Training

The College Cabinet recently approved offering compliance training through the use of WeComply, a product offering a wide variety of training modules and tracking potential.  Some training will be mandated for all employees, while other training would be utilized to meet specific departmental needs.  This system provides a mechanism whereby training reminders will be sent to employees, and completion will be monitored.  The Office of Policy, Risk Management and Compliance will provide periodic reports of departmental completion of required compliance training to supervisors and the College Cabinet. 

Online training assignments will be sent from “compliance at nwacc.edu”.    The training modules are approximately 30 minutes in length, and employees are able to log in and out during the module, setting bookmarks prior to final completion.
