Assessment of English and Math Skills for Course Placement (COMPASS)
State law requires first-time college students to demonstrate academic preparedness in reading, writing, and math through an approved standardized test. NWACC offers the self-paced, computerized COMPASS/ESL test for students to do the initial assessment and for re-testing in one or more sections.
Placement Fee: $10.00, Non-refundable

The Washington County Center offers COMPASS testing by appointment only. To make an appointment or for more information, call 479-927-3330 (from Washington County) or 479-936-5131 (from Benton County).
Testing Services are also available at the Main Campus on the third floor of the Student Center, Room 306.
