Academic Advising and Registration

Hours of Availability:

Monday through Thursday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Friday - 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

An appointment is recommended.

Our academic advisor will help students select a degree plan (major course of study), indicate courses to be taken, and guide students through the registration process.  Students can be registered for classes at any of our campus locations.

Career Counseling

Lenora Sotlar M.Ed. is the career counselor for NWACC.

• Individual Career Advising (to include help with choosing a major)
• The Virtual Career Center (VCC)
• Information on majors at NWACC and general transfer information
• Computerized Career Assessment (Kuder Career Assessments)
• Personalized Assistance with your individual education plan
• Connections with the community for internships, shadowing and job placement
• Individual assistance with cover letters and resumes
