Student Achievement of Learning Outcomes
NWACC faculty have established learning outcomes for general education and the academic programs offered by the college.
A learning outcome describes what faculty expect students to know, think, and be able to do once they complete a particular curriculum.
NWACC faculty have also set in place processes to measure student achievement of these outcomes, to analyze the results, and to make adjustments to improve student learning. This process is called student learning assessment.
Follow the menu links on the left to learn more about student achievement of learning outcomes and the process of documenting that achievement.
The Student Achievement Update newsletter provides the most general overview of student performance.
