BENTONVILLE (Wednesday, April 16, 2008) - Students, faculty and staff at NorthWest Arkansas Community College are encouraged to view the Arkansas Supreme Court proceedings Thursday, April 24, at the Shewmaker Center for Workforce Technologies.
The state Supreme Court will conduct oral argument at the Wal-Mart Auditorium.

The case that will be argued is Benton County, Arkansas vs City of Bentonville, Arkansas, et al.
This will only be the seventh occasion in modern times that the Supreme Court has held court outside of Little Rock.
Since 2002, the Supreme Court has held oral argument in Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Monticello, Hope, and Harrison.
