Nabholz presents $31,000 refund to NWACC

BENTONVILLE (July 1, 2008) - Roger McDaniel, President of Nabholz Construction’s Ozark Operations, presents NWACC President Dr. Becky Paneitz with two checks totaling $31,000 Monday, June 30. The refunds were the result of cost savings from the two projects built by Nabholz using a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract with NWACC to build the college student center and parking garage using the alternative delivery method known as Construction Management / General Contractor.

Paneitz said NWACC prefers the method, saying the institution gets more value for its dollar and an excellent quality product when contractors are selected on the basis of their expertise and track record and not solely on price.

The student center and parking garage were completed in 2007
