THIS SERVICE IS NOW AVAILABLE!
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
- A web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape 7.1 or later, or Mozilla 1.6 or later, running in Microsoft Windows.
- An Internet connection (56 Kbps or faster recommended)
- A Microsoft® .NET Passport. If you have a hotmail.com or msn.com account, you already have a Passport.
- Popups enabled for this web site if you are using popup blocker software like the MSN Toolbar

Get a .NET Passport
If you already have a Hotmail or MSN account, skip to step 2. If you don't, you can:
Use any e-mail address to sign up for a .NET Passport

Sign up for a free Hotmail account |

Sign in to MSN Messenger
- Double-click the MSN Messenger icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Enter your .NET Passport address

Fill up your contacts
|
|
Start messaging!
- Choose Actions
- Choose Send an Instant Message, and you’ll get to pick from your online contacts
- When the conversation window pops up, start typing!

WHO IS ON THE OTHER END:
The instant message service is monitored by The NWACC Physical Plant staff.

OTHER INFORMATION:
A log of each conversation is automatically saved and recorded. NWACC will only use this information to track usage and for quality control purposes. NWACC will not record your username nor will we attempt to contact you in the future unless you so specifically request.
